Is it just me or are there women wearing boots everywhere now?
I can remember when it was somewhat rare to see a women wearing boots. It seems that now you can’t pick up a magazine, watch TV, or go to the mall without seeing all kinds of boots.
I am not bitching, quite the contrary. I have alsways been spoiled as my wife has worn boots forever, but seeing booted women all over the place is still a treat. Knee high boots are plentiful and I even see the occasional thigh high pair.
I like the fact that jeans tucked into boots is now fashionable. Tight fitting jeans tucked into a pair of OTK boots has always been one of my favorites. Thigh high boots over jeans is the ultimate, but finding that is a little bit harder. On my two trips to Sturgis for the rally I saw that alot. Boots and leather chaps were the standard out there, one of the reasons I loved being there. Talk about a bootlovers dream.
I hope boots continue to be as popular as they have been, the more the merrier.

Bought several new pairs of boots in the last month. It was/is a great year for boots and we took full advantage of it. Macy’s was a bootlovers dream with tables upon tables of boots.
News additions to the family:
Nine West Vannalee kneehigh black boots with lots of buckles. 4″ heel with platforms.
Jessica Simpson black kneehigh pointed toe boots. 4″ stilletto heel.
Style & Co black kneehigh laceup granny boots. 4″ blockier heel.
Arturo Chaing tan kneehigh pointed toe boots. Glove fit, 3″ stilletto heel. The leather smell is really strong and is noticeable wherever you go.
Hopefully we’ll get some time to do some pictures of them soon.
